Why RIMA: a NEET residential academy designed by doctors
RIMA is a residential NEET academy near Bengaluru created by a doctor and guided by doctors. One campus life, one study system and one goal: students who are ready to be doctors, not only rank-holders.

The problem with most NEET coaching
Most NEET coaching fills a student's head and leaves the rest of the student untouched. Travel between college and coaching takes hours from the day. Phones take the evening. Sleep is traded for study hours that do not stick. The student who enters the exam hall is tired, anxious and underprepared in everything except content.
NEET is designed to identify doctors. RIMA's system therefore prepares the whole student: physical health, study habits, emotional steadiness and character, with the NEET syllabus built on that foundation. This is the difference between a residential NEET academy and a coaching centre with a hostel attached.
What makes RIMA different
Designed and guided by doctors
The study system, routine, health standards and mentoring structure are designed by practising doctors. About 20 doctors across specialties are associated with RIMA as mentors, so the whole process is shaped by people who have lived the profession.
A residential rhythm
No travel, no phones, fixed sleep and wake times, sattvic vegetarian food, yoga and sport every day. A residential routine that protects health and attention, so study hours are productive.
One system
The 16-point Success Blueprint runs every class, test and evening. Every teacher works to it and every student knows it. Results depend on the system, not on any one teacher.
Instructor, teacher, coach, mentor: the question to ask any NEET institute
Good subject teachers are available at every institute. Coaches, who know the whole NEET ecosystem, and mentors, who have lived the profession, are rare. Ask any institute where your child will find them.
| Level | Who they are | What they give |
|---|---|---|
| Instructor | Tells you what to do and how | Guidelines |
| Teacher | Explains why things are the way they are | Understanding |
| Coach | Knows the whole NEET ecosystem: exam design, courses, cut-offs, careers | Clarity |
| Mentor | Has lived the life the student is preparing for | Inspiration |
With coaches a student becomes a strong NEET aspirant. With mentors a student becomes a doctor. At RIMA every teacher is trained, continuously, to work as a coach, and the mentoring structure is led by doctors.

Our position on NEET seats
About 20 lakh students appeared for NEET 2026 for about 1.37 lakh MBBS seats (NTA and NMC figures, as of 2026). Not every student will get an MBBS seat. RIMA does not guarantee seats, ranks or marks, and no institute honestly can.
What the system does change is the probability: for the same effort, a student's chances are substantially higher with a structured residential system than without one. NEET also opens BDS, BAMS, BHMS and other medical courses, and a well-prepared student has a path in each. We promise the preparation, never the seat. Read what we will never promise.
Part of Rebuild India
RIMA is part of the Rebuild India mission: Vyakti Nirman se Rashtra Nirman, nation-building through individual-building. Free NEET teaching and coaching are open to every student through the RIMA YouTube channels and Dr Varun Exam Excellence. Residential mentoring happens on the RIMA campuses. Every student remains part of the Rebuild India healthcare community after NEET.
